2. gray out any nodes of framework for which there are no aligned resources
3. if there are aligned resources for a node, the node text should appear in standard link style, and be followed by a parenthetical count tally of aligned resources
4. parenthetical count tally indicates number of protected/public resources aligned to that node (including roll-up from sub-nodes, as relevant)
5. any node in a framework that has sub-nodes should still be expandable/collapsible using arrow icons
6. parenthetical count tallies of aligned resources that appear next to framework nodes should appear bold and orange
