AB Browse: Breadcrumb works slightly different than Breadcrumb in Standards Tab

1. The spec states that the Breadcrumb should work the same as Standards Tab.
2. Standards tab, when using "Align to Standards" the breadcrumb jumps to the next section where there is a choice. For example for Alabama we skip the link page for Course of Study.
3. Standards Browse member selects each and every link to work their way down the tree.

Suggestion:
Make them work the same.
