AB Browse: Rollover Issues

Rollover is cut off on the left and bottom.

This is consistent for IE 6, 7, 8, FF 3.6. Chrome is only broken on the left.

I am only including two screen shots as the issue is almost identical across the browsers.

1. Go to Browse by Standards
2. Navigate until the Framework appears. Such as http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/BrowseStandards?url=/ab/ab/en/browse/al/al-course-of-study/30/243
3. Rollover View Aligned Resource (1) or View Aligned Resources (2)
