Installed attached script for admin of recycle bin

Attached is a script from Ludovic to view and delete the recycle bin

Please confirm your check script for alignment able deletes is deleting the recycle bin when it runs (It appears that is the case.) As you said that would mean that the recycle bin will be enptied every 10 minutes (or is it 5?). This script will help verify that or give us a way to clear out the bin if needed.

Let 'sput on Current, then if that works decide if we want it on beta and prod.
