Safari and Chrome (WebKit browsers) (On Mac) display editor warning on groups tabs when not editing.

Go to the home page for a group in Safari Mac (As a group admin or anyone with edit rights), the user is presented with a JS warning that the editor does not work and to use Firefox, even if they are not editing. This happens on all the groups pages (Probably related to the welcome blocks on the groups tabs.)
