Remove HTML Toolbar from Profile

Do you want the text formatting menu to be removed from Join and Edit Profile?

If yes, then all the text strings need to be updated and also the purpose of some of the elements.

The following elements would need to be updated:

1. Bio
2. How to Contact Me
3. Web Sites / Blogs
4. New: Value Added

We believed having the editor would make 2 and 3 above much easier as adding URL's and emails addresses would be active links.
