    Description

the text about commercial membership is correct here:
      https://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/JoinCurriki

      but not updated here:

      https://beta.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/JoinCurriki

Also do we really need the under 13 notice here, it takes up space and it is not critical.
