Revision history info incorrect and incomplete on edit info

Edit info for a resource and then check the revision history.

e.g. http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_demo/safetypinlesson?bc=&viewer=history

the note in the history says "edited resource" when it should say (And used to say in prior versions) "Updated information" <- That is the main bug. But there is more...

Note in the example provided, the resource was saved with the new Curriki commercial license. This really should be added to the version note such as "Information updated, including license change." At the very least, when you compare the versions, the change should be listed, and is not (Compare the 2.1 and 3.1 versions of the example linked. and note that there is no listing of the added license value.)

The contributor and other users need same way to see see if the commercial license has changed form one version to another, and there is no way to do this without some display in history or version compare.
