Setting License to Curriki to No is not saved on specific resources from scratch

Tested on Beta, using Chrome, XP Pro.

Some of the resources from scratch will not save the License to Curriki setting when No is selected.

Below is a list of Fail and Passed as of 12:23. I have halted testing on this.

2. A video I want to play (SRI Part 2) Fail
3. A link to a great resource (SRI Part 2) Fail

A resource I will create from scratch
1. Wiki Resource
2. HTML Resource Pass
My Curriki > Collections > Add a Collection Fail
Go to a Collection> Add a Sub-Folder Fail
