fw_item History (Local) broken (FW issue)

Int he last release, the CurrikiCode.ASsetClass_fw_item > History local trans is broken. This has happened in prior release and there is (Was) a step in the release sequence to fix for this issue.

CurrikiCode.AssetClass_fw_items_ > History (Local)
Social Studies > Political Systems
Social Studies > Psychology
Social Studies > Religion
Social Studies > Sociology
Social Studies > Technology
I don't know if this is a bug or what, but it seems like it shouldn't be showing like this for History (Local).
