Remove curriki.org specific code from Curriki 2.0 Trunk

Hi Joshua,

In order to have a clean Curriki trunk that is "software", we should remove some spaces that are specific to curriki.org:

AdWordsJump
Affiliate
Home
Demo
FeaturedContent
STAF

Also probably:
Blog
News
Panels (moving all Curriki specific panels to CurrikiCode)

And also some unused spaces:

GWT (unless is still used ?)
AssetManager (I'm not sure if it's still used)

I don't think this is a problem for Curriki. In case you move to 2.0 you should have your own SVN with your overrides versus the Open Source Curriki.

WDYT ? Seeing any issue there ?
