Stemming Does not Work in Search

1. Go to the resource tab in search.
2. Try any of the following words, fish, fishing, fished, fishes, spell, spelling, speller, spells, apply, applies, applying, applied

Bug
Any one of those words should have found the other resources. That is, spell, should have returned resources with spelling, speller, spells in it, but did not. Instead it only found an exact match.
