Add Filter to only Search Meta Data and not content

Problem: When searching for math terms, there are times where you want to limit the search term to only the meta data as some words are too common in the content box and have the wrong the meaning. For example, Right Angle can produce too many false positives.

Change:
Add to the drop down filter, Only Search Meta Data
