Private Resources from Groups Do Not Appear for Member

1. Join a Group as Member 1
2. Then log in as Member 2 and join the same Group
3. Create a collection and a resource and make them both Private
4. Log back in as Member 1 and search for the private Collection and Resource

Bug
The resource does not show up. As a member of that group you should be able to search for those resources.

This bug happens both in Advanced search and searching within the group.
