Curriki License Checkmark showing Yes, No, ----- for non-admins

    Description

      1. Log In as a non-admin
      2. Open a collection (not a problem in resources) http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Group_SearchSolr/GroupCollectiontoTestStemmingSpell?viewer=infoedit
      3. Edit information

      Bug
      If I selected Yes to the dual license I should only see the box checked and I cannot change my mind.
      If I selected No to the dual license, then I should the check box and opportunity to change my mind.

      Only admins can change a Yes to a No or to not selected yet.
