Major Description
We want the solr full re-indexing to be also activatable in full background, meaning it is run on a separate index and process till it finishes, after which it is possible to replace the index with the newer index (and maybe webapp) just using the replication features.
It should be possible to upgrade the solr schema in the meantime.
