CRS dialog does not work in IE9

As an admin or reviewer, use the CRS to give a rating or a #*. THe dialog confirmation box does not work (Both OK and Cancel are greyed out.) You have to use browser navigation to go back.

Todd: Need to check this in IE8 ans also check other confirmation dialog boxes such as delete a resource.

I just came across what I think might be some kind of bug in IE9 today.

I was filechecking resources in IE9 and came across this resource:

I noticed that the "children" resources of this review parent did not have the *3 rating. So, I went into the first child resource in this collection to give it a *3 rating (another one of my editorial tasks).
However, when I got to the confirmation step (where you click OK or Cancel), I could not proceed (Dialog buttons not available, grayed out). I did NOT have this problem when I attempted the same action on resources in this collection using Mozilla.
