prod restart needs to launch docChangeController

    Description

      We need the xwiki-restart scripts to launch the xwiki-post-restart.sh so that the Doc-Change-Listener that triggers indexing is woken up.

      Moreover, out of safety, the indexer could regularly call the DocChangeController to verify.
