Persistent indexer queue

It should be easy to let the indexer write his queue to disk when going down and pick it back when coming up.

This way one could adjust some parameters between restarts.
The current indexer on beta-web, for some reasons that may be related to the fact that 250 workers are on or the old jdk, is taking more than 10h. This is a major issue that would be solved by it.
