Filter Lang strings for JS client cache from full tranlations string

    Description

      The Lang_en.js file that is generated with each build for translations string used in JS displays seems to encode ALL trans string not only the ones used in the JS. This makes the file quite a bit bigger and slow to parse then it needs to be. It is currently 67K and should be under 10 considering the limited text used by JS directly.
