Tweak Boolean Logic for Search Criteria (and / of)

I figured out the bug. It is a Boolean logic problem.

If you search on Hearts Flowers the search will look for any resource that has Hearts OR Flowers and of course any derivative. Flower, flowers, heart, hearts, etc.

If you search on Heart AND Flowers then it will only find resource with both of those. Notice AND is uppercase.

If you search on Heart and Flowers it will look for the word "and" and its derivatives too.

We will need to see if "and" and "or" can be removed from search terms when not used with quotes.
