Need Back Button on Forgot Login Information dialog after submitting information

1. Select Login
2. Select Forgot Username or Passord
3. Do any of the following
a. Fill in your email and select password
b. Fill in your email and select username
c. Fill in a wrong email
4. Select Submit

Bug
For the resulting dialog, such as Password emailed or email address not found. A Back button is needed to return to previous dialog. Without a back button you are stuck and have to reload the page or select the browser back button.
