Selecting Cancel on Corporate Sponsor Page loads Curriki in iFrame

1. Create a new account selecting membership type as Corporate.
2. Select Cancel on screen 7, Corporate Sponsorship payment.

Bug
When Cancel is selected, the dialog does not close and Curriki is loaded into the page.
