Download does to start after logging in on MSIE 8

    Description

      1. Start your MSIE browser. I tested on version 8.
      2. Search for an attached file in a resource, e,g, http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_vsmith/TrianglePicture
      3. Select the Login to Download button
      4. Login to your account.

      Bug
      You successfully log-in and the resource reloads with the button changed to Download but the Download did not start automatically.
