Contact Help Form Loads Curriki site when done

1. Select Login
2. Select Join Now on the bottom
3. Fill in the information correctly and submit
4. You are now on the verification page
5. Select Please contact support link
6. Fill in the form correctly and submit
7. You are now on the confirmation page that the form was sent. Select OK

Bug
Dialog loads the Curriki site. I would either:
1. Simply close the dialog or
2. Take user back to verification dialog
