Leaving username and password blank does not bring up error message.

    Description

      1. Select login
      2. Make sure username and password entry fields are empty.
      3. Select Submit

      Bug
      Does not show error messages.
      If you enter an incorrect username or an incorrect password it works just fine.

      Tested on Chrome, XP.
