      1. Select Login or Join
      2. Select Join Now link
      3. Leave the form blank and submit

      Bug
      In general, the more fields you leave blank the worse the formatting gets. It appears that the messages at the top of the form prevent the error boxes and icons from displaying. See screen shot.

      I have a similar bug to this one. This might be a duplicate.

      I was testing in Chrome.
