JSTrans is not served if user-is inactive

    Description

      When the user is inactive (as per its profile) but logged-in, it is displayed always the same page. Currently this is "EmailVerification" so that it can take action to activate.

      Most pages just do that: display the same thing.

      But it should not be the case of Util.JSTrans which is necessary to render properly to run JavaScript.
