Remove extra text on membership donation dialog

1. Select to join Curriki as a Teacher or other non-corporate member type.
2. Stop when you get to the Please Donate dialog

1. Remove this paragraph. Leave it for now for the Corporation dialog.

please right-click on the payment button and copy the link.
Then use that link at the location where you want to make a payment.
