Selecting "No thanks" to Google Permission does not redirect user correctly

      1. Select Login Link (Join dialog appears)
      2. Select Google Icon to create a new account
      3. Google permission page appears
      4. Select "No thanks"

      Bug
      Page shows error message instead of returning user to Join dialog.
