charset issue in profile edit values / Upload Profile Image does not work

    Description

      When saving the profile, any character is submitted to the server as utf-8 but received as iso-8859-1, or so.
      This gives quite ugly values e.g. http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Profile?user=XWiki.polx
