    Description

      1. Select to create a recource
      2. Select to Upload a video
      3. Fill out the form
      4. Select to view the new resource

      Bug
      Even though it appears the video uploaded and was processed correctly, the resource was unable to display it.

      It gave a VidiTalk error which was odd.
