License to Curriki setting not saved when creating Resources that use EXTJS templates

1. Select to Add a Resource
2. Pick any of the first three, A file from my computer, A video..., A link to a great web site,
3. Fill out the form and leave all the meta data defaults
4. Save
5. Go to Edit Info for the resource

Bug
License to Curriki should be Yes, but instead it is, "License to Curriki: not set (but granted by license deed)."
