File Check loads slowly and sometimes times out

When opening the file check page -> http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/FileCheck/ the page loads slowly, and even more slowly on production (Where there are a lot more resources). It sometimes times out. The page needs to only load the last 30 days and/or set Flagged+Protected/Public or the Without a Status+Protected/Public
ranges. Also the query should only list the first page's worth. It seems to be querying for all matches.
