Group Member can View a Groups Member Personal Private Resource when added to a in a Sub-Folder

1. Create a folder, the a sub-folder.
2. In the sub-folder add a personal private resource, that is, a resource created outside the group.
3. Have another group member visit the subfolder

Bug
The Group Member, who did not create the private resource, can see the resource.
