Can not Add, Build-up or Organize personal private or protected collections from My Collections tab when using apostrophe in my collections' title

Log in as an admin or as Flerp/curriki. Go to Flerp's "My Collections" tab -> http://current.dev.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/MyCurriki/Collections?user=XWiki.Flerp

Try and Click Add, Build-up or Organize for each of the three collections. Neither Flerps Playground (Private) nor Flerp's Personal Protected Collection, work (They put a # after the URL). However, the Open Colleciton does work.
