duplicates in CTV visible tree behave oddly

Open the content-tree-view and display a collection and some of its sub-collections.
If one of the collections there appears twice (e.g. if it's a collection that is a sub-collection of another and itself a collection) then you get the following effect: clicking to open the below one will open the above one, as if the below one was empty.

This should be avoided for visual consistency.
