Logging in and out is looping

1. Go to My Curriki
2. Log Out
3. Problem 1 - Sometimes the login dialog appears when it shouldn't
4. Log in as a different person, where there is no session cookie for that person.
5. Problem 2 - You are logged in, then out, then asked to log-in again, as if you are in a loop.
