JS error on IE on initial search using embed search

    Description

      1. Go to embed search, such as, http://www.smartboxdesign.com/search.html
      2. Make sure you are using IE, I am on version 8
      3. Do not use any filter
      4. Press the Search button
      5. Search results appear, which is good.

      There is a JS error on the page.
