ab broken on next.dev while clustered

If you are on a resource on next.dev.curriki.org and click ont he standards tab, the iframe displays you a broken URL. For example, http://next.dev.curriki.org/ab/en/alignments/view/Coll_adminPolx.anotherexamplecom?bc=&viewer=standards&ts=931
however the rewrite rules seem to deduce correctly that ab should be talked to.
