Missing a page listing members

While addressing CURRIKI-5886, it appeared that we have no page that presents something that behind the 280,000 users claimed in watch-curriki-grow.

The search-for-users could be interesting but it's default sorting is inappropriate and it doesn't seem to change history... but that could be a solution.

Another could be to have a featured members page listing the recent members.

Yet another would be a map of the members that recently acted or recently registered...
