Validation for Newsletter does not work

1. Go to http://beta.welcome.curriki.org/resources-curricula/contribute-content/publish-resources/
2. Select to Sign Up for the Newsletter. It is a link in the lower right of the page.
3. Partially fill in the form and submit.

Several Bugs
1. If you leave the form completely blank it shows an error with iContact.
2. If you fill in some of the required info but leave the rest blank, it will process the form instead of giving an error that there is missing info.

What needs to happen.

Error checking on a per required field is needed. This will take some work to get done. We should discuss.
