Make the DocChangeListener of the search execute in the background

The DocChangeListener of the search tool is wired as listening to the notations and thus blocks the end of the save.

However, this tool is manipulating more and things which are related xwiki pages that need to be updated as well (for example, indexing a user object, involves loading all of its collections).
