MEDIAHOST (undefined variable) is output in pages

It appears that any media resource, e.g. http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Group_OERi%2DOpenEducationalResourcesintegration/ShortVideoUnderstandingOERpermissions displays that the media server is down.

This is just because the pointer to the script says ${MEDIAHOST}, an unresolved variable since we removed Admin.Configuration.
