Sending e-mail notification for a messing in large group slow- Use background process.

Using a group with a large number of members (Like the Curriki leader's group), create a message and send a notification to the group. It takes very long and can time out. Multiple clicks are also a problem. The post should happen right away and the emails sent is the background using the new background process.
