Cannot delete a user after deleting their resources in the MMT tool

    Description

      1. Go to Member Management Tool
      2. Find a member with resources that you want to delete.
      3. Delete all of their resources
      4. Now select to delete them

      Bug
      They member does not delete. The index is not updating in this edge case. If I edit the member's profile and save and then select to delete the member, the member will then be deleted.
