Changes made by non-admin not always getting indexed

1. Go to Failover
2. As a non-Admin, edit a resource that is a Wiki from scratch. Here is the one I used. http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_TestingTodd/Enteryourtitlehere
3. Change the content on the content tab to something very unique. I used "Blue Skies"
4. Wait 5 minutes and search for that unique content using Advances Search.
5. The above resource is not found in search results.
6. Now log out and then back in as an Admin
7. Edit the same resource above. Change the content on the content tab to something unique.
8. Wait five minutes then search for the unique content.
9. The resource now appears in search results.

Bug
Changes made on Failover by an non-admin to the Content Tab are not being indexed, while changes to the same resource by an Admin is.
