Creating a Group is Not Indexed Correctly

    Description

      I found this bug because I created a group and a group collection and the group or the collection did not appear in Add Path.

      Paul investigated and noted "I see why (only when the group changes title does the user get reindexed). I prefer you open a bug about this, it's about line 130 of the IndexProcessor."
