Cannot organize / move your resource in another collection even though you have rights

1. Login is as a regular user, (not an admin)
2. Go to this collection, http://www.curriki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Coll_Group_Avoinoppiminen/Avoinoppiminen-koulutus?bc=
3. Select to Organize
4. Select the resource "test of paul".
5. Try to move and place the resource in another location at the same level.

Bug.

You cannot place the resource up or down. The green dashes do not appear. The resource is highlighted correctly. I can demo for you if you need to see it.

You can, however, open another folder on the same level and sometimes drop the resource in it.

This bug is very hard to repeat. You should try having another person at the same time be in the resource trying to organize.

The bug may occur after getting the bug that your changes will not take place because of a conflict.
