Identify and Fix All Broken Videos when applicable

After the uploading, encoding, and player have been released to Production, Paul should review and find all videos that are broken and determine if they can be fixed or deleted.

For example, since uploading has been broken, there might be several videos that uploaded but never finished encoding.

Note, if the video is from Todd Sherman, ShermanTank or TestingTodd*, then the video can be deleted as these were for testing purposes.
